FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: industrial recuperative burner (10), intended for installation in the wall (100) of an industrial furnace so that said burner (10), at least partially, passes through a hole (101) in the wall of the furnace, wherein the burner includes a recuperative heat exchanger intended for heating at least one fluid medium, selected from a flammable fluid medium and a combustion-sustaining fluid medium, by means of the heat of the combustion exhaust gases formed as a result of combustion of the flammable fluid medium and the combustion-sustaining fluid medium, wherein the recuperative heat exchanger includes: a heat exchanger body (11) for heat exchange between the medium subject to heating and the combustion exhaust gases, wherein the heat exchanger body (11) is located along the longitudinal axis (A-A) between the first end (11a) and the second end (11b), located axially opposite to each other, a matrix formed in the heat exchanger body (11), consisting of multiple first channels (12) streamlined by the medium subject to heating and multiple second channels (13) streamlined by the combustion exhaust gases, wherein the first channels (12) and the second channels (13) pass along the longitudinal dimension of the heat exchanger between the first end (11a) and the second end (11b) thereof, are arranged alternately along multiple rows and along multiple columns, forming, in planes transverse to the longitudinal axis (A-A), a "checkered" matrix, and are separated by dividing walls (14), wherein each dividing wall (14) separating adjacent first channels (12) and second channels (13) adjoins on one side at least one of the first channels (12) and on the other side at least one of the second channels (13), and at least one supply channel (15) for filing another supplying another fluid medium selected from a combustion-sustaining fluid medium and a flammable fluid medium, with an intake end (15A) connectable with the source of another fluid medium and an outlet end (15b) fluidly connected with a combustion chamber (CC).
EFFECT: invention provides a possibility of maximising the heat transfer coefficient, minimising the pressure losses in the recuperative heat exchanger installed thereon, ensuring simplicity and functionality at a limited cost.
