FIELD: combustion devices.
SUBSTANCE: recuperative burner assembly with a radiant tube includes a heat exchanger (13) and a burner (11). The heat exchanger (13) includes: the first inner tube (15); the second pipe (16) of the heat exchanger, coaxial and external relative to the first pipe (15); a third pipe (24) coaxial and external to the second pipe (16); a fourth pipe (35) perpendicular to the first pipe (15); a fifth pipe (36) coaxial and internal relative to the fourth pipe (35); outlet channel (27) of exhaust gases located inside the fifth pipe (36); the first gap (17) between the first pipe (15) and the second pipe (16); a second gap (25) between the third pipe (24) and the second pipe (16); a sixth gap (40) between the fourth pipe (35) and the fifth pipe (36). The first gap (17) communicates with the sixth gap (40). The second gap (25) communicates with the outlet channel (27) of exhaust gases. The heat exchanger (13) includes a Venturi tube (41, 52) located across the fifth tube (36). The Venturi tube inlet (41, 52) communicates with the sixth gap (40). The outlet of the Venturi tube (41, 52) communicates with the outlet channel (27) of the exhaust gases. The assembly includes a connecting pipe (42) between the heat exchanger (13) and the burner (11).
EFFECT: technical result is to ensure high efficiency of heat exchange between exhaust gases and combustion air.
