FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a grinding device, a method of replacing wearing parts in this device and a cutting table assembly used in this device. Grinding device comprises a bearing structure, a cutting module, an upper module forming a housing for receiving wastes to be crushed, and detachably connected to the cutting module, and a drive module located on the bearing structure next to the cutting module. Cutting module comprises a fixed cutting table assembly having an engagement side facing the drive module, and one or more sets of fixed counter knives, which form a table for performing cutting, forming the bottom of said housing, note here that counter blades in each set are separated by holes extending through said table. Each cutting shaft has a set of rotating knives, which partially pass down into said holes through the table and which during device operation interact with counter blades for grinding wastes. Drive module comprises a fixed housing connected to the bearing structure, and one or more drive units, which are supported by the housing of the drive module and are made with possibility of driving said cutting shafts. Cutting shafts are connected with drive units with possibility of disconnection. Method for replacing wearing parts of the grinding device restrains the stages of disconnection and removal of the upper module to obtain access to the cutting module, stages of cutting module disconnection from drive module by disconnection of table assembly from cutting module body and disconnection of cutting shafts from drive units, as well as stages of removal of cutting module and replacement of at least table assembly with replaceable table assembly by means of connection with possibility of detachment of replaceable table assembly with body. Cutting table assembly used in the grinding device comprises one or more sets of counter knives, a frame in which the counter knives are fixed to form the table. Frame has a proximal end with connecting parts, which are made and arranged with the possibility of connection of the table assembly with the drive module of the grinding device with the possibility of disconnection, wherein said connecting parts are arranged to transmit axial, vertical and transverse forces acting on interface between table assembly and drive module during operation of the device.
EFFECT: grinding device and table assembly are characterized by high manufacturability.
