Food processing unit comprises food processing element (20) having a maximum diameter exceeding the diameter of the lower central hole in the separation basket, and having housing (21) comprising contact interaction portion (22) disposed opposite centering portion, and shaft (10) for providing contacting of the food processing element with a coupling means for transmitting power, shaft comprises an element for contact interaction, contacting interactively with centering part (32), and has an upper portion extending through the lower central hole towards the drive unit, the upper part having a maximum diameter that is smaller than the diameter of the lower central hole, and is brought into contact with the part intended for contact interaction, with the possibility of sliding.
