SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery. The loop of the small intestine is removed through the wound corresponding to its diameter, the loop is turned clockwise 90 degrees with respect to the conditional line connecting the navel with the anterior superior iliac spine, with the location of the leading loop below the conditional line connecting the navel and the superior iliac spine. After that, the withdrawn loop of the small intestine is opened at the border of the middle and lower third with a cross section for the ¾ diameter and the mucous membrane is turned outward with fixation with interrupted skin-serous-muscular sutures to the greater semicircle of the skin wound. Then, a purse-string serous-muscular suture is applied from a resorbable thread 3-0 Polysorb from the side of the serous cover of the distal third of the ileostomy loop in the middle of the column of the discharge loop. The purse-string suture is tightened until the lumen is completely closed, freely passing a 16 ch rubber catheter. Further, similarly to the leading loop, the mucous membrane of the abducting loop is inverted with fixation with interrupted skin-serous-muscular sutures to the smaller semicircle of the skin wound.

EFFECT: method provides adequate emptying of enterostomy and prevention of reflux of intestinal contents into the discharge loop, which makes it possible to reduce the number of complications, namely enterostomy dysfunction, dehydration, electrolyte imbalance and failure of low colorectoanastomoses.
