FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to colorectal surgery. Macropreparation is removed through the minilaparotomy incision. At distance of 15–20 cm from the caecum, and after a colproctectomy - from the point of planned anastomosis with a rectum, the ileum is captured and brought into the same minilaparotomic wound with the condition that the loop is next output at the point of the formed stoma above the skin level. It is followed by two ligatures of different colours under the loop for marking the leading and abducting intestine. One-color ends of the ligatures are fastened above the wall of the intestine by three-four nodes. Loop is immersed into abdominal cavity, minilaparotomic wound is closed. Then the marked loop is moved laparoscopically into the formed stoma zone, fixed, its lumen is opened and a colostomy bag is installed.

EFFECT: method enables reducing the time of stoma withdrawal and formation, excluding damage to the intestinal wall during its formation, as well as reducing postoperative complications and time of medical and social rehabilitation of the patient.
