FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, oncology. Two tubes are inserted at distance of 5-7 cm from each other at distance of 20-40 cm from the ileocecal junction in the avascular zone of the mesentery of the ileum. Two punctures are formed on the anterior abdominal wall in the place of the supposed ileostoma, through which the tube ends are brought out so that the tube holding the adducting intestine is located in the upper opening, and the tube holding the abducting portion is in the lower opening. Ends of the tubes are fixed to the skin.

EFFECT: method enables to improve the technique of forming a virtual ileostoma, prevents the possibility of bowel flexure at the place of its fixation, reduces the incidence of intestinal obstruction, reduces the probability of intestinal torsion around the fixation point and development of volvulus and strangulated intestinal obstruction, reduces the probability of developing critical intestinal compression with appearance of a strangulated sulcus, formation of a necrosis focus and intestinal perforation due to use of two tubes as fixation points.
