FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of power industry. The method for improving the flow of synthesis and/or flue gas when using fuel obtained from solid household waste in waste incineration plants consists of the following steps: providing an assessment of the profile of the local rate of synthesis and/or flue gas flowing at a certain point in the primary and/or secondary chamber; if the specified estimate leads to an excessive local difference in the velocities of the specified synthesizing and/or flue gas in a direction substantially transverse to the general flow direction of the specified synthesized and/or flue gas, ensuring the placement of an obstacle at or near the specified predetermined point; measurement of the technological parameters of the specified flow, such as the percentage of oxygen or the temperature of the specified flue gas, or the composition of solid household waste, or moisture content, or a combination thereof, at least in one place along the specified gas path, the specified point is selected from a group consisting of: the entrance to the secondary chamber, the entrance of the flue gas channel, the entrance of the gas side of the steam generator, any point along the specified gas path, or a set of them, or a combination thereof; installation of at least one mounted obstacle in the flue gas channel; the rotation of the said at least one hinge obstacle to a position depending on the measurements of the parameters of the method for the said flow, such as the percentage of oxygen or the temperature of the said flue gas, or the composition of solid household waste, or moisture content, or a combination thereof, at least at one point along the said gas path, the specified point is selected from a group consisting of: the entrance to the secondary chamber, the entrance to the flue gas channel, the entrance to the gas side of the steam generator, any point along the specified gas path, or a set of them, or a combination of them, or depending on the operator’s experience.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to increase the specific heat of fuel combustion, reduce dust emission in the primary chamber, provide easy adaptation to changes in the type of fuel, as well as the size and composition of solid recycled waste.
