FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gasification, in particular to a pyrolysis system for gasification of carbon-containing feedstock. System comprises a primary chamber, a secondary chamber and a tertiary chamber, wherein at least one pyrolysis chamber comprises a primary chamber. Primary chamber, secondary chamber and tertiary chamber are connected in series. This system is used to perform the method containing the stage: i) pyrolysis and methanation of feedstock for producing reaction gas in at least one pyrolysis chamber, wherein at least one pyrolysis chamber operates at temperature of 850–1100 °C and pressure of 0–1.5 bar.
EFFECT: technical result is the high output process, which produces product gas with high concentration of methane and splits different residual resin for further methanation.
