FIELD: agricultural machinery.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machinery, namely to seeder coulters for embedding seeds and granular mineral fertilizers into the soil. A coulter contains a curved welded hollow rack, in upper and middle rear part of which, there are nodes for hinged connection to a bracket on a seeder frame. A wedge (anchor) is installed in the front lower part of the rack. In the rear lower part, a tray for installing a seed duct is obliquely fixed. The wedge (anchor) is made of a steel sheet with a narrow inclined working surface with a width less than the rack width. A lower wedge plane is deflected from the horizontal to a rear corner. At the bottom, protective wings are installed on side surfaces of the wedge. A wedge back wall in the inner lower part of the rack forms a divider that distributes seeds over the entire width of a coulter grip.

EFFECT: invention will allow reducing soil moisture losses, increasing seed germination and grain yield, reducing traction resistance and fuel costs during the sowing process, as well as preventing soil degradation.
