SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to agricultural engineering, namely to devices for sowing seeds coated. The coulter contains a curved rack 1 with a fastening unit, a drill coulter point 3, a seed duct 8 and flaps 6. The curved rack 1 in cross-section has the shape of a wedge directed in the direction of movement, and the cross-section of the drill coulter point 3 is congruent to the cross-section of the rack 1. The coulter is equipped with a soil compactor 5 to form a seedbed and blades 9 and 10 of different widths to close and seal the furrow. The outlet 11 of the seed line 8 is directed in the direction opposite to the direction of movement, and the flaps 6, blades 9, 10 and the outlet 11 of the seed line 8 are installed with the possibility of forming a sowing chamber protected from external influences.

EFFECT: use of the invention will improve the quality of sowing seeds in capsules by ensuring uninterrupted operation and reducing damage to capsules.
