FIELD: railway transport.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to railway transport and is intended for transportation of large-capacity containers on universal platform wagons. A removable multi-turn fastening device for the transportation of large-capacity containers on flat wagons (RMTFD) consists of two end and two intermediate frames of a welded rectangular structure of longitudinal and transverse channels, fasteners connecting the frames to each other and fixing the structure by the clamps of the platform car. In each fastening body, a bolt stop is installed, having a plate-shaped platform at the end and equipped with a ball pin, and a washer with a fastener for fixing the frame after installation on the platform car. The frames are positioned so that the brackets of the platform car, for which they are fixed, are between the stops of each fastening at the same distance, and the stops are screwed in until they are fully connected to the side brackets of the platform car and are locked against unwinding with locknuts. For the possibility of supporting the frames during stacking, the platform on the frames is made in the form of a bent sheet that forms a supporting surface at the level of the surface of the folding fitting stop, a hole is made in the center of the sheet for linking the frames, the sheet is welded to the longitudinal channels of the frames.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability of fastening large-capacity containers on flat wagons by limiting movements in the longitudinal and transverse directions during transportation, as well as by eliminating the possibility of overturning containers in the transverse direction.
