FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used in dentistry and traumatology, in particular, in creation of dental implants. The invention pertains to a titanium dental implant with a bioactive nanocoating based on a calcium-phosphate-carbon composite and to a method for production thereof. The method includes the following stages: a) printing of an implant on a titanium 3D printer; b) treatment of the implant surface with argon ions accelerated to 1 keV at a pressure of 2 to 6×10-2 Pa while supplying negative bias voltage with a gradual increase therein from 800 to 1,500 V for 1 hour; c) deposition of a multilayer coating, constituting a composite with a thickness of up to 2 mcm, onto the base of the implant in layers, executed in two stages.
EFFECT: implant produced according to the invention is characterised by high biocompatibility, bactericidal properties, since said implant reduces the pronounced dystrophic and necrotic processes of living tissue, a high level of surface strength of the implant.
