FIELD: waste processing.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of waste control and waste processing, in particular to a waste conversion system and options of a method for processing and conversion of waste for the production of valuable products, including biodiesel and methane and/or ethanol. The waste conversion system contains at least one pre-processing unit for receiving a waste stream, at least part of which is organic waste. The pre-processing unit contains at least one steam explosion reactor with a continuous stream. The system includes at least one separation unit for receiving a stream of pre-processed waste from the specified pre-processing unit. The separation unit contains at least one conditioning section and at least one separation section for separating conditioned waste into at least one fat/oil component and at least one aqueous component. The system also contains at least one unit of biodiesel production from at least one fat/oil component, at least one digerization unit for anaerobic digerization and/or fermentation of at least one aqueous component, and at least one composting unit for compost production from solid organic material.
EFFECT: development of a fully water-based, energetically self-sufficient, integrated linear waste conversion system for the full conversion of all organic fractions of household and municipal waste into fuel, with solid residues processed into compost with a high nutrient content.
