FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: sectional control mechanism for a pneumatic seeding system comprises a base having a base plate including an upper side, a lower side and at least one shutter opening extending through the base plate between the upper and lower sides, a first plate assembly, a second plate assembly, a support plate, a mounting plate and a shutoff mechanism. First plate assembly is located on the upper side of the base plate and includes at least one receiving hole of the assembly, which passes through the first plate assembly and communicates with at least one opening for the shutter. First plate assembly includes a first outer plate containing a first receiving opening passing through it, and a first intermediate plate located on top of the base plate between it and the first outer plate and having a second receiving hole passing through it. First intake hole is aligned with the second intake hole to form at least one intake hole of the assembly. First receiving opening comprises at least one first partition adapted to divide the first receiving opening into separate first receiving openings. Second receiving opening comprises at least one second partition adapted to divide the second receiving opening into separate second receiving openings. Second plate assembly is located on the lower side of the base plate and includes at least one assembly supply hole, which passes through the second plate assembly and communicates with at least one opening for the shutter. Support plate extends from the rear edge of the base plate. Mounting plate is attached to the support bar and includes a support flange located on the support bar and attached to it, and a fastening flange extending from the front edge of the support flange. Shutoff mechanism is adapted to control the flow of material into at least one feed hole of the assembly from at least one receiving hole of the assembly and includes a shutter installed with possibility of sliding in at least one opening for the shutter on the first side of the mounting flange, and an actuator. Shutter includes an axial part; first arm extending radially from the axial portion; a second arm located at a distance from the first arm and extending radially from the axial portion; connecting block passing between the first arm and the second arm. Actuator is connected to the flap and is at least partially located on the second side of the mounting flange, and is also adapted to move the shutter between closed and open positions. At least a portion of the actuator passes through the mounting flange. Actuator includes a motor connected to the shutter for actuation thereof; and a screw extending between the motor and the choke and connecting them, and adapted to move the choke between the closed and open positions. Connection unit is adapted for connection of the shutter and the screw, and includes a coupling located on the screw; and a connector located on the first and second arms and passing around the coupling containing the spherical main part engaged with the screw, and at least one protrusion extending from the spherical main part and located in a side slot extending into the first part and the second part of the connector. Sectional control unit for the pneumatic sowing system contains a plate unit located between the dosing unit and the primary collector. Housing is installed on the plate unit. Dosing unit is adapted for dosing granular material from its source, and the primary collector is adapted to supply granular material to the pneumatic system for distribution by means of the pneumatic sowing system. Plate unit comprises: base; a first outer plate located at a distance from the upper side of the base; a first inner plate located on an upper side of the base between it and the first outer plate; a second outer plate located at a distance from the bottom side of the base; a second inner plate located on the lower side of the base between it and the second outer plate; a particle hole passing through each of the first outer plate, the first inner plate, the second outer plate of the second inner plate. Particle hole is adapted for flow of granular material between dosing unit and primary header. At least partially inside the housing there is a shutoff mechanism, which includes an actuator and a shutter located in the housing, which is attached to the actuator by means of a connection unit and includes a radial part located inside the housing, connected to the connection unit, and an axial part extending from the radial part and protruding from the housing into the plate unit. Shutter is made with possibility of sliding between open position, in which this shutter does not enter the particle hole, and closed position, in which it enters the particle hole and closes it. In the opening for the gate next to the gate there is at least one spacer, configured to rest against the first inner plate and the second inner plate to maintain a gap between the first inner plate and the second inner plate to provide for the shutter movement relative to the first inner plate and the second inner plate. In the housing there is a control device connected to the cut-off mechanism and adapted to provide for the shutter movement between the open and closed positions.

EFFECT: higher control over granular material distribution.
