SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hot air balloons. Balloon comprises tight shell 1 and heated gas source made in the form of steam generator 2 connected to shell 1 by steam line 3. In the lower part of shell 1 there is water collector 6 connected to water tank 4 by drain pipeline 7 with valve 8 arranged at the bottom of pipeline 6. Shell 1 is equipped with water nozzle 9, which is placed inside shell 1 and is connected by pipeline 10 to pump 11 with water tank 5. Shell 1 is partially filled with helium.

EFFECT: invention is aimed at increasing flight altitude.
