FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the device for oil wastes recycling containing intake device, conveyor, silo, steam generator and furnace, at that the silo is made as tunnel pyrolysis furnace, equipped with two heaters located one above another and creating together with side walls of the furnace the reaction channel with rectangular cross-section, in the tunnel furnace the conveyor is located, its top branch passes through the reaction channel above roller conveyor installed in the rectangular duct, that is located on top surface of the lower heater and is filled by disperse pyrographite; and under the bottom branch of the conveyor the steam injectors are vertically installed, they are located along the line through the conveyor width, and are connected to the steam generator, the top heater is connected by gas duct with bottom heater, it in its turn is connected by gas duct with the steam generator, and the bottom heater has heat insulation made in form of rectangular duct with partitions, creating steam line, and is installed on the bottom heating surface of the heater; the steam line input is connected to the steam generator, and output is connected to the reaction channel, the intake device is made as heat exchanger, in which pipes are located horizontally by rows in staggered order, their input is connected to condenser output, and output is connected to its input, output of the heat exchanger is connected to input of the mesh drum installed in tight casing with possibility of rotation, and along axis of rotation of the drum the perforated pipe is installed, its input is connected to steam generator, the drum output is connected to accumulating tank, and casing output is connected to input of the tunnel pyrolysis furnace.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption for oil wastes recycling, reduced harmful discharges to environment.
