FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the mining industry and can be used for finishing sub-quarry reserves limited in terms of steeply-dipping deposits of solid minerals. The method for finishing a quarry with a high vertical bench includes mining the minerals remotely by a production complex, supplying rock mass from the milling working body of the production complex through a hopper into a container, delivering by a cable system of containers with the rock mass from the face surface to the intermediate level of the quarry. In the continuous process of loosening and excavating the rock mass by the production complex, the container is installed by the lifting mechanism of the cable system into the receiving cage of the production complex, rigidly connected by means of a console with the frame of the trestle and equipped with inclined guide walls for centering the container during installation. The container, by means of drive rollers of the receiving cage and drive rollers of the cross beams of the trestle, is moved for positioning above the trestle and lowered by means of hydraulic cylinders onto the drive rollers of the trestle for subsequent loading of rock mass. The console of the receiving cage is equipped with a rolling support to increase the reliability and stability of the production complex.
EFFECT: increase in the productivity, safety of mining works, reliability, increase in the technological efficiency and reduction in the environmental load in the area of mining works.
