FIELD: steel corrosion protection.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of steel protection against water-oil hydrogen sulfide corrosion and can be used to protect equipment and pipelines from corrosion in contact with hydrogen sulfide-containing media in the oil industry. The method includes adding a nitrogen-containing compound to a hydrogen sulfide-containing medium, while N,N-diallyl-4-[(1-methylbut-2-en-1-yl)oxy]aniline at a concentration of 50-200 mg/l is used as the nitrogen-containing compound.
EFFECT: increasing the degree of steel protection up to 90.0-96.2%.
