FIELD: heat-shielding coating.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for applying a heat-shielding coating (HSC) to nickel-based alloy parts. A heat-resistant metal sublayer is applied to the parts by vacuum deposition from an alloy of the Ni-Cr-Al-Y-Me system, and Me is Ta, Hf and Re with a total content of 5.0 to 8.5 wt.%. Sandblasting surface treatment of parts is carried out, their heating in an oxidizing environment at a temperature of 550-850°C with the formation of a connecting layer based on aluminium oxide and medium-frequency plasma-chemical magnetron deposition of the outer double ceramic layer with an anisotropic structure. The outer double ceramic layer consists of an inner ceramic layer based on stabilized zirconium oxide and an outer ceramic layer containing at least one oxide of a rare earth metal, forming with zirconium oxide in this layer phases with a pyrochlore and/or fluorite structure in an amount of up to 15 wt.%.
EFFECT: increased working stability of the surface of parts made of heat-resistant nickel alloys and intermetallic nickel alloys with HRC up to 1350°C for a long time and up to 1450°C for a short time with surface roughness up to 1.6-2.5 µm.
