FIELD: layered products.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to layered composite structures, systems and methods for manufacture thereof, in particular, to layered composite plate stringers, spars, and other structures of aerial vehicles, as well as systems and methods for manufacture thereof. The layered composite structure has a set of stacked layers of a composite material. Said set of stacked layers have interlayer corrugations formed inside said set of stacked layers. Each interlayer corrugation has a substantially sinusoidal profile and has a depth and length depending on the size of the formed layered composite structure. The layered composite structure with said interlayer corrugations has improved strength and improved shock load resistance on the open edge of the layered composite structure when the open edge is subjected to an impact force.
EFFECT: shock load resistance during operation is increased.
