FIELD: casting.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for manufacturing curve omega-stringers. The method for manufacturing curve omega-stringers of composite material contains following stages. A tape is automatically laid in ATL machine or in AFP machine or in FLU machine, and a contour is automatically cut out, after which a straight workpiece with rigidity elements is obtained. The straight workpiece is flatly molded to obtain an omega shape on it to transform it in a straight omega-shaped workpiece. On a stage of curvature formation, the straight omega-shaped workpiece is placed in flexible tool equipment containing a longitudinally embedded rigid stripe and several means for fixing layered material. Means for fixing layered material are located at edges of flexible tool equipment. Flexible tool equipment is covered with a mechanical covering means in such a way that a head part of the straight omega-shaped workpiece has rigidity elements on both edges. Rigidity elements are held by means for fixing layered material during the molding process, and then, the straight omega-shaped workpiece is heated and transformed into a curve omega-stringer.

EFFECT: increase in the automation level and prevention of any deformations, waves and folds on the head part of stringers.
