FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: planetary gear with eccentric cycloidal gear (ECG) comprises a housing, a drive shaft with a crank, a cycloidal gear, a cycloidal gear bearing, lantern wheel, driven shaft and mechanism of rotation transfer between cycloidal gear and driven shaft. Theoretical profile of the gear is an equidistant line of the epicycloid. Load capacity of ECG is provided by operation of pins in movable zone of active engagement. Latter adjoins the crank and is limited by the central angle of the lantern wheel. Active section of gear profile is made as part of theoretical profile. Projection top section is formed inside theoretical profile. Movable zone of active engagement is limited by angle: , , where: ϕn is the angle limiting the active engagement zone; z1 is the number of projections of the cycloidal gear; n is the number of jointly operating pinholes. Active section of profile is determined from equations of theoretical profile in interval: , where ϕ is the angle between crank and pin centre. Section of the projection top is formed by a circular arc in the interval: .
EFFECT: higher efficiency of transmission.
