SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical equipment, namely, a mouthpiece for a device for pulmonal administration and a device for pulmonal administration. The mouthpiece has the first inlet end and the second outlet end and contains: the first chamber made with the possibility of accommodating, inside a main case, the device for pulmonal administration at the inlet end of the mouthpiece, and the second chamber made with the possibility of accommodating at least one of flavoring or fragrant substance. The second chamber has at least one air inlet at the inlet end, as a result of which the second chamber is made with the possibility of selective or permanent communication with air via fluid. The device for pulmonal administration includes a mouthpiece. The device contains: a main case made with the possibility of providing the first chamber made with the possibility of thermal evaporation of the first fluid to form heated wet first vapor, an outlet and a mouthpiece connected to the main case through the outlet. The mouthpiece provides the second chamber made with the possibility of spraying the second fluid without heating it to form aerosol of cold second vapor. The second chamber is made in the form of a passive sprayer. The second chamber selectively or continuously communicates with air via fluid. The second chamber contains at least one flavoring or fragrant substance. The second chamber is made with the possibility of inhaling flavoring or fragrant substance when air is drawn through the chamber.

EFFECT: reduction in the risk of inhalation of flavoring ingredients such as oils, some of which are potentially carcinogenic when vaporized or delivered to the lungs, and simplification of the change without the remainder of the previous or so-called contamination in the main case of the system.
