FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to devices for the formation of motor skills of walking in children with cerebral palsy and diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The device includes thigh pads and an adult's lumbar belt connected to the pads. The thigh guards are made with the possibility of attaching them to each leg of an adult. Each shield has handles with handles for a child's grip. The thigh pads and the lumbar belt of an adult are made rigid, repeating the anatomical relief of the corresponding part of the body of an adult. The thigh pads and the lumbar belt are interconnected by a hinge. The handles are mounted on the shields by means of a fastening made with the possibility of adjusting the handles in height and length relative to the attachment point.
EFFECT: increased duration, efficiency, safety and comfort, as well as reduced labor intensity and complexity of physiotherapy for children with cerebral palsy and disorders of the musculoskeletal system.
