FIELD: medicine; neurology; traumatic surgery; orthopedics.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus can be used for treatment of patients suffering from damage in central nervous system and injured support-motor system. Module orthopedic apparatus has orthopedic modules including orthopedic module on base of hip sleeves for correction of lower extremities, as well as contrivance for fitting those modules of patient's body. Apparatus has rigid orthesis as one of modules for lower department of spinal column which orthesis has flat seat areas in area of hip joints; areas are made at angle of 40-+45° to vertical line. There are hinges onto areas, which hinges connect the orthesis with buses tightly attached aside on sleeves for hips. Bone-joint deformations of lower extremities can be successfully cured due to provision of optimal motion of head of hip bone in femur at physiologically comfortable position.

EFFECT: improved efficiency of medicinal-correcting influence.
