SUBSTANCE: invention relates to calendar control. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that for each user of the mobile calendar application the phone number thereof is linked, when a new task is formed, users are selected from the contacts of the phone book wherefor the generated task is made common or is separated into generated tasks, wherein the specified data is sent as a file whereto the data about the task and all additional information entered by all users wherefor the task is common is recorded, each of the users that the generated task was shared with receives a notification to accept for execution or reject the received task in the corresponding mobile calendar application, if the task is accepted for execution, the executable file with the task is downloaded through the cloud server of the mobile application followed by continuous synchronisation thereof between all users.
EFFECT: technical result is reduced time for synchronisation of each event of the calendar from the mobile phone application between users.
