FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: availability data and conditions applicable to the temporary cells are collected in the method for dynamic managing the calendar events, after creating a real-time invitation. Conditions include location and importance level. The user calendars are synchronized to find, at least, one combination of matching available temporary cells for all users, taking into account the available conditions, including the time difference and the approximate time required to move each participant. The matching available temporary cells may have the status "free" or may have a status sequence "busy"/"pending" with an importance level lower than the current event. After confirming the invitation by users for the matching temporary cells in the calendar of each user, who confirmed the above invitation, the busy status is established.
EFFECT: providing the possibility of automatic synchronization of user calendars in the process of the meeting coordination.
