SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system for generating an energy-efficient track of an operating vehicle when a vehicle moves along a section of a track, including a point of mandatory deceleration. The system contains: a server and an operated vehicle. The server contains the server processor and memory. The memory contains the program code, which, when executed by the server processor, causes the server processor to perform the actions of the method of forming an energy-efficient track of the vehicle in use when the vehicle moves along the section of the path including the point of obligatory deceleration. Mandatory deceleration point data includes a combination of mandatory deceleration point data on a track segment adjacent to or intersecting with another track segment, data on a mandatory deceleration point data on a track segment containing an infrastructure element of the track segment that regulates vehicle traffic on the track segment, data on the point of mandatory deceleration on the route section containing a road sign limiting the speed of vehicles on the route section, data on the point of mandatory deceleration on the route section containing the obstacle. The operated vehicle contains: a propeller, an engine and a traffic control system of an operated vehicle containing a transceiver.
