FIELD: electric motors controlling devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for controlling electric motors using vector control. An extreme control device for an induction motor contains a frequency converter, two coordinate converters, a speed generator, the first and second current regulators, the first, second and third comparison elements, a speed controller, a calculator of the d-component of the motor current, a calculator of the q-component of the motor current, a slip calculator, steering angle calculator and speed sensor. At the same time, a stator current calculation unit and an extreme control unit are introduced into the device, designed to obtain extremely low values of the motor stator current by the stepwise search method. The extreme control unit contains a delay line unit, a deadband setter unit, the signal of which determines the deadband δ of the motor current during its regulation, the fourth and fifth comparison elements, a signal relay and a flux linkage control unit. The stator current calculator is designed to calculate the effective value of the motor stator current and contains the first and second multipliers, an adder and a square root calculator.
EFFECT: increasing the energy efficiency of the induction motor by reducing the stator current of the motor to extremely low values.
