FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and is applicable in prosthetics on dental implants and their attachment to each other. Modular device to fix dental implants, containing following modular components: modular component consisting of implant stump, tubular cylindrical rod, first lock joint and additional modular component. Modular component consists of implant containing metal rod, in which is blind cylindrical hole. Stump consists of tubular cylindrical rod with expanded head made with possibility of forming said arm, and has tapered tip. In above stump passes cylindrical hole connected with seat by means of circular ledge, through centre of which passes round hole. Seat is designed to connect to end of said implants. Tubular cylindrical rod has first free end and second end. First lock is equipped with cylindrical rod tightly inserted into free end of said rod so that rod first retention pin extends, interleaved plate, on rear side of eye, having, in fact, arc-shaped external profile, forming round hole having essentially same section as above stump, and arranged so that its axis is perpendicular to axis of said rod first retainer. Joint is located between stump and implant and consists of coupling consisting of first cylindrical section, made to be inserted into above cylindrical hole of corresponding implant, and from second section, made with possibility of accurate insert in said seat stump. Said two sections are connected to intermediate flange. Metal rod of implant is pointed and is equipped with external thread. Tubular cylindrical rod is equipped with interlacing plate and eye on second end of rod. Eye has, in fact, arc-shaped external profile, forming round hole having cross-section essentially identical section of above stump, and arranged so that its axis is perpendicular to axis of rod. Additional modular component consists of second retainer provided with cylindrical rod made with possibility of tight insertion into free end of said bar. Rod of second retainer extends with interleaved of plate with rear side of two identical eyes with strictly mirror arrangement and separated by spacing, in fact, having same thickness as one eye of first retainer. Each eye of second retainer has, in fact, arc-shaped external profile, forming round hole having same section as above stump, and arranged so that its axis is perpendicular to axis of above rod of second retainer. Gap between two eyes of second retainer is configured to hold lug of above tubular cylindrical bar or first retainer so that stump can be installed in orifices of second retainer and hole lug tubular bar or first retainer.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to quickly and easily fasten implants prosthesis, as well as providing balanced, uniform load transfer to implants during chewing due to strictly vertical position of adjacent stump and strictly horizontal position of connecting rods.
