FIELD: shaping of glass.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method intended for manufacturing or processing of microstructural apparatuses or systems, and can be used for connecting glass plates with microstructured surfaces under the impact of pressure and temperature. A method for thermal connection of glass plates with microstructures on one of the surfaces thereof, wherein the plates are cleaned of impurities, connected and joined. An apparatus is then installed on the surface of the plates, creating a distributed mechanical load along the entire surface area of the connected plates, consisting of a metal platform with vertically installed metal rods evenly distributed over the plane, installed on metal supports with a thread for adjusting the height. After that, the process of thermal connection of the glass plates in the furnace under the impact of a distributed mechanical load is launched and monitored.

EFFECT: creation of a method for thermal connection of glass plates with reduced requirements for the flatness of the surface and preservation of the main geometric parameters of functional microstructures on the surface of the plates.
