FIELD: testing technology.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a device for testing deformation of a metal casing while waiting for hardening of a cement mortar for cementing a well, which comprises a high temperature and high pressure boiler; air compressor pump; container for mixing and accumulation of cement mortar; device for increasing fluid pressure; rulers for measuring deformation of the casing and a computing device with a data display system; high temperature and high pressure boiler on the left side is equipped with an oil inlet hole for heat-conducting oil and pressure sensors, and on the right side it is equipped with an oil return hole for heat-conducting oil and a heating device; open holes are made in the boiler cover, into which thermocouples are inserted; boiler bottom is equipped with a hole for pumping cement mortar; inside the boiler there is a cylinder for simulating a casing pipe; heating device, thermocouples and pressure sensors are connected to a computing device with a data display system; rulers for measuring deformation of the casing pipe contain a horizontal ruler for measuring deformation and a vertical ruler for measuring deformation, which are used to perform measurements when simulating horizontal and vertical deformation of the casing pipe.

EFFECT: rationalization of the design is provided, which enables to conduct tests for the value of the casing pipe deformation caused by the fact that at different temperature and pressure the cement mortar for cementing the well expands, wherein the test process is convenient and fast, and the test results are as close as possible to real working conditions under the ground.
