SUBSTANCE: galvanometric scanner sensor includes an illuminator unit, which includes a light-emitting diode, a slit diaphragm installed in close proximity to it, a rotary mirror, an aperture diaphragm, a lens, as well as a scanner rotor installed in the actuating motor, a plane-parallel plate mounted on the scanner rotor, and a differential photodiode with two photosensitive pads. Illuminator unit is installed on a base element fixed on an actuating motor through holes with a counterbore on one side of the plane-parallel plate. Differential photodiode is installed in the mandrel on the opposite side. Illuminator unit and the photodiode holder are fixed by screws to the base element.
EFFECT: high conversion accuracy of the sensor owing to high accuracy of setting accuracy elements and simplifying adjustment.
