SUBSTANCE: method of obtaining a complex phosphorus-containing fertilizer is characterized by the fact that the apatite concentrate is treated with a waste acid mixture of the production of cellulose nitrates preheated to a temperature of 40-55°C, stirred for 5-7 minutes until a thick creamy pulp is formed, which is kept for 20-40 minutes until solidification of the mass, the resulting mass is crushed and again kept for at least 5 days for ripening, then the residual acidity of the mass is determined, and when its value is exceeded, 5 wt.% is neutralized by adding the calculated stoichiometric amount of phosphorite flour, then the fertilizer is granulated to obtain a granule fraction of 1-4 mm and dried.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop an environmentally friendly method for producing a complex phosphorus-containing fertilizer, at the same time to solve the problem of disposing of waste acid mixtures from the production of cellulose nitrates, and also makes it possible to obtain a complex phosphorus-containing fertilizer additionally containing nitrogen.
