FIELD: oil industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to oil industry. Described is a crude oil heating line containing in-series installed and connected by a pipeline recuperative crude oil heat exchanger, inlet of which is connected to crude oil supply pipeline from storage tanks, crude oil heating unit, electric dehydrator and atmospheric distillation unit, wherein the recuperative crude oil heat exchanger is configured to heat the crude oil using the heat flow of the water circulation circuit of the flue gas heat recovery unit, in a crude oil heating unit between a crude oil separation unit configured to separate crude oil coming from a recuperative crude oil heat exchanger into two streams, and unit for combining heated crude oil, configured to combine two flows of crude oil, two flows of crude oil are located, wherein in the first flow of crude oil first recuperative heat exchanger of the first crude oil flow and the second recuperative heat exchanger of the first crude oil flow are installed and connected in series by pipeline, providing stepwise heating of oil to temperature of 120 °C, and in the second crude oil stream, the first recuperative heat exchanger of the second crude oil stream and the second recuperative heat exchanger of the second crude oil stream are installed and connected in series by pipeline, made with possibility of stepwise heating of oil to temperature of 123 °C, in the atmospheric distillation unit between the desalinated oil separation unit, configured to separate the desalinated crude oil coming from the electric dehydrator, connected to the heated crude oil merging unit, into two streams, and unit for combining heated desalinated oil, connected to pipeline for supplying desalinated oil to stripping column, there are two streams of desalinated oil, wherein in the first flow of desalinated oil there are four recuperative heat exchangers of the first flow of desalinated oil, made with possibility of staged heating of oil to temperature of 239 °C, and in the second stream of desalinated oil, four recuperative heat exchangers of the second stream of desalted oil are installed in series and connected by a pipeline, made with possibility of stepwise heating of oil to temperature of 223 °C.

EFFECT: increasing energy efficiency of the crude oil heating line.
