FIELD: separation of oil by fractionation; oil refining industry.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes preliminary hearing of raw material by heat of products followed by separation into liquid and vapor-and-gas phases in hydraulic cyclones. After first separation stage, vapor-and-gas phase is used as stripping agent in gasoline-separating column and after second separation stage, vapor-and-gas phase is used as stripping agent in main rectifying column. According to another version, separation of starting raw material is carried out at one stage and vapor-and-gas phase is divided into two parts used as stripping agents both in gasoline-separating column and in rectifying column. It is good practice to subject vapor-and-gas phases to superheating exceeding their saturation temperature by 80-100°C prior to feeding them to columns; then, they are admitted to gasoline-separating column at temperature of 310-320°C and to stripping column at temperature of 370-380°C.
EFFECT: reduction of specific power requirements at retaining of required rate of stripping of light fractions of oil.
