FIELD: health care.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to health care, namely, to cardiovascular surgery. Right-sided antegrade cerebral perfusion is performed through the brachiocephalic trunk and distal perfusion, during the formation of an anastomosis between the aortic prosthesis and the aortic arch. Perfusion of the lower half of the body is carried out through a Foley catheter connected to an additional arterial line of artificial circulation installed in the proximal part of the descending aorta beyond the boundary of the formed anastomosis. At the end of the formation of the aortic anastomosis, the Foley catheter is shifted into the aortic prosthesis and further reconstruction of the aortic arch is performed under conditions of right-sided antegrade cerebral perfusion through the brachiocephalic trunk and perfusion of the lower half of the body with left-sided antegrade cerebral perfusion through the Foley catheter.
EFFECT: present invention provides a method allowing to exclude the damaging effect of circulatory arrest during prosthetics of the proximal part of the aortic arch by providing intermittent perfusion of the body.
