FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method consists in performance of steps, at which by means of optical and/or infrared imaging unit (14) plants are detected (102) on area (22) of field (24), at least one row (32) of plants is identified (104) on surveyed area (22) of the field, on surveyed area (22) of the field, a computing unit is used to determine (106) vegetation area (36) covering at least one identified row (32) and weed area (38) different from it. By means of computing unit vegetation index is set (108) in weed area (38) and depending on the established vegetation value, by means of spraying device (16), agent (28) for spraying is applied to weed area (38), primarily to field section (22). Spraying system is designed to perform the steps of above method (100) in the corresponding assemblies and units. Control unit is designed to control the steps of above method (100). Computer-readable storage medium on which the computer program is stored is intended for controlling the execution of steps of above method (100).
EFFECT: possibility of simple and resource-saving treatment of field in accordance with actual needs is provided.
