FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tight welded connection of pipes and can be used in chemical, power and ship machine building, as well as in making vessels, reservoirs, tanks and is intended to provide passage through their strong housing of corrosion-resistant pipelines. Proposed is a tight corrosion-resistant connection of a pipe with a vessel, consisting of a strong cylindrical steel weld welded to the vessel, and a sleeve from corrosion-resistant metal, which is made using additive technologies. One and the second ends of the bushing protrude above external ends of a strong cylindrical steel weld, to which a flange or a pipe is welded. Inner surface of strong cylindrical steel weld is made with transition from larger diameter to smaller one.
EFFECT: elimination of crevice corrosion between bushing and weld, thereby increasing reliability and serviceability of connection as a whole.
