SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a mobile module for production and sale of kvass, which includes process and commercial equipment, made in the form of a thermally insulated booth and installed on a frame of an automobile trailer, wherein the process equipment includes: a water tank, a mash-fermenting tank for mixing kvass wort components and a cylinder-conical tank configured to cool the liquid and intended for kvass after fermentation, connected to each other by a pipeline through a filter, pumps to create pressure in water supply system of production and transfer of product, boiler, control unit of equipment and refrigerating unit, commercial equipment includes: opening for arrangement of trade in side part of body, refrigerator for storage of bottles with ready kvass, module is made with possibility of connection to power supply.
EFFECT: invention widens the range of means for mobile production and sale of kvass while simultaneously reducing the duration of the trade and technological cycle.
