FIELD: gas turbine engine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of gas turbine engine building, can be used in the design of combustion chambers of gas turbine engines operating on natural gas. In the device, the central body has a cylindrical part with a ledge and an expanding part, contains an internal swirler, in the centre of which there is a fuel nozzle body with a central annular cavity, at the outlet of which a removable sprayer with through holes is installed by means of a threaded connection, at the inlet of the fuel injector housing, a gas flow limiter is installed by means of a threaded connection, consisting of a nut with a spherical head and a central rod, at the outlet of which there is a washer with circumferential holes, in blades of the main and internal swirlers there are through channels, when they are combined, a single manifold is formed, which connects one of the channels of the housing with the central annular cavity of the fuel injector, central body with its cylindrical part to the ledge is installed in the annular bushing of the main swirler, on both sides of which there are sealing rings, to fix the central body in the main swirler annular bushing there is a threaded nut which rests with the end part against the main swirler annular bushing, threaded nut has an internal hole forming a ledge at the inlet of the internal swirler.
EFFECT: invention provides: supply of up to 50% of total fuel consumption to auxiliary circuit; elimination of injector overheating; collapsible design; stable ignition; possibility of replacing sprayer and central body; reduced concentration of carbon monoxide in combustion products (less than 50 mg/m3); fuel and air mixing intensity.
