FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the means of quality control of liquid fuel and is designed to determine the content of foreign inclusions in the fuel, including mechanical impurities, emulsion and dissolved water. The syringe dispenser consists of a cylindrical body, a sensor, an opening and closing mechanism, a piston rod. The cylindrical body is made of stainless steel. The sensor consists of two parts: fixed, connected at one end to a cylindrical body, and movable, connected to the sensor opening and closing mechanism. The sensor opening and closing mechanism consists of a spring-loaded lever with a shank. The movable and fixed parts of the sensor have three fuel channels connected to a common fuel channel in the fixed part of the sensor, two of which have calibrated holes in the fixed part of the sensor. The diameter of one fuel channel of the sensor is 5.5 - 6 mm; the other 4 - 5 mm and the third 3 - 4 mm. The diameter of one calibration hole is 0.7 – 0.9 mm, and the other 0.7 – 1.7 mm. The sensor is made of organic glass. The shank is made with an additional stop-lock.
EFFECT: invention provides an improvement in the quality of the conducted analyses of hydrocarbon fuel, ease of operation and an increase in the service life of the syringe dispenser.
