SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in wireless communication systems. To this end, the wireless transmission/reception module receives a control resource set configuration (CORESET), including a PDCCH priority release indicator. If PDCCH priority release is allowed based on priority release indicator, WTRU can identify and remove priority released groups of resource elements by comparing channel estimates for each packet. WTRU evaluates and detects PDCCH by performing blind decoding.
EFFECT: technical result consists in providing detection of physical downlink control channel with high reliability and low delay time.
