SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical biotechnology and can be used to produce listeria biomass. The nutrient medium contains pancreatic hydrolysate of river fish, pancreatic hydrolysate of meat water production waste, fermented egg yolk, sodium chloride, monosubstituted potassium phosphoric acid, disubstituted sodium phosphoric acid, vitamin B1, glucose, microbiological agar and distilled water with the proposed ratio of components.

EFFECT: proposed medium makes it possible to obtain listeria biomass with the preservation of the S-form of the cultivated culture in an amount sufficient for the preparation of an antigen intended for the immunization of producing animals in the production of listeria agglutinating serum.
