FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials adapted to construction 3D printing technology and having architectural expressiveness. This technical solution can be used in making small architectural forms, decorative elements, as well as for finishing facades. Two-phase mixture based on white cement for producing a decorative composite in construction 3D printing technology includes two phases: phase 1 — a mixture of dry components, and phase 2 — a liquid grouting agent. Phase 1 contains the following components: white cement CEM I 52.5R, filler — white quartz sand with fineness modulus Mk≤1.25, xanthan gum with content of (C35O49H29)n not less than 91%, polypropylene fiber with length of 12 mm at their weight ratio, wt%: white cement 44.31–45.31, filler 54.37–55.38, xanthan gum 0.088–0.093, polypropylene fiber 0.222–0.227. Phase 2 contains the following components: water, superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters, liquid sodium glass with Na2O content of not less than 10 %, at their ratio in liquid phase, wt%: water 95.68–95.93, superplasticizer 3.488–3.703, liquid glass 0.582–0.617. Phase 1 and phase 2 ratio is 6.54–6.97:1.
EFFECT: obtaining a decorative composite with a white marble texture, the mixture for which has plasticity and shape stability.
