FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials adapted to construction 3D printing technology. Nanomodified cement composite consists of dry components (Portland cement CEM I 42.5 N, sand with fineness modulus Mk≤1.25), for hardening of which a complex grouting agent is used based on a nanosized modifier of the composition of nanoparticles SiO2 — a superplasticizer obtained by reverse titration of a sodium silicate solution with hydrochloric acid, in which the required amount of superplasticizer and water, as well as polypropylene fiber are added. Ratio of dry components and complex liquid mixture is 7.8–8.3:1. Weight ratio of dry components, %: Portland cement — 44.2–44.4, sand — 54.5–55.6. Weight ratio of components of complex liquid mixture, %: nano-sized modifier — 36.49–37.53, water — 58.77–59.95, superplasticizer — 1.78–1.85, polypropylene fiber — 1.78–1.85.
EFFECT: high-strength nano-modified structural composite for 3D printing, the viscous-plastic mixture for production of which has the required technological parameters for 3D printing process (plasticity, providing extrusion; stability of shape, providing layer-by-layer laying of the mixture without deformation of the layer during its subsequent loading; setting time).
