FIELD: construction materials.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of building materials adapted to the technology of construction 3D printing and having architectural expressiveness. This technical solution can be used in the manufacture of small architectural forms, decorative elements, as well as for finishing facades. A two-phase mixture based on white cement for the production of a decorative composite contains two phases: solid (phase 1), a mixture of dry components, and liquid (phase 2), a liquid grouting fluid. The ratio of phase 1 and phase 2 is 5.76-6.07:1. Phase 1 includes the following components, wt. %: white cement SEM I 52.5R 43.91-44.31, natural fillers of the 0-5 mm fraction and granite walnut colors 21.96-22.15 and terracotta slate 21.96-22.15, limestone flour with a CaCO3 content of at least 95%, 11.08-11.86, xanthan gum with a content of (C35H49O29)n of at least 91%, 0.087-0.088, polypropylene fiber with a length of 12 mm 0.222-0.223. Phase 2 includes the following components, wt. %): water 96.30-96.45, a superplasticizer based on polycarboxylate esters - 3.042-3.165, liquid sodium glass with a Na2O content of at least 10%, 0.508-0.535.
EFFECT: production of a decorative composite with the texture of artificial marble, the mixture for which has plasticity and shape stability.
