FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: system (100) and method for production of sterile drinks and vessels, for example, cleaning, sterilisation and pre-sterilization of bottles (102), covers (104) and critical surfaces (162, 168, 166) with the help of electrolysed water. This system (100) can comprise mechanical sprayer (132, 148, 170) to force electrolyzed water to bottles, covers and critical surfaces. In compliance with another version, system can incorporate mist generator (332, 352) connected with electrolysed water generator (110, 210, 310, 410, 510) to produce mist in closed sterilisation chamber (380, 480) for sterilisation of bottles, covers and critical surfaces. Besides, system (100) can include extra electrostatic mist generator (332, 352) connected with electrolysed water generator (110, 210, 310, 410, 510) to create electrostatically positively charged mist in closed sterilisation chamber (380, 480).
EFFECT: electrostatically positively charged mist attracts negatively charged of grounded bottles, covers and critical surfaces for their sterilisation.
