FIELD: packing.
SUBSTANCE: cover orientation device consists of disk-type orientator, cover driving mechanism, conveyor and frame. Frame consists of a structural aluminium profile and polypropylene sheets and is mounted on wheel supports. Ramming mechanism consists of one pneumatic cylinder. Orientator is connected with driving mechanism by means of gravity conveyor. Ramming mechanism is located above the conveyor, on which the flask divider and pneumatic clamps for the correct positioning of the containers are installed. Inside the frame there is a unit with an air compressor and an air receiver. Control panel is installed on the frame. At the beginning and at the end of the conveyor there are roller supports. Proposed device can operate independently and be coupled and operated with other line devices due to use of roller supports at conveyor front and rear, plug-and-socket quick-release electrical connections and control panel software.
EFFECT: reducing the weight of the installation, increasing its autonomy.
